Boundaries for evidence, implementation, and monitoring.
These terms separate the baseline report, fixed-scope implementation, and any future recurring monitoring. Variable platform output is never converted into a promised result.
Operator and review status
Knownwide, the public operating name provides the service described here. If no legal contracting name is displayed, it has not been supplied for public display. These terms require qualified adult/legal review before public recurring subscriptions are enabled.
Knownwide Baseline
A baseline is a dated, human-reviewed sample of public Google Search, Maps, website, and AI-answer surfaces for an agreed firm, market, and question set. Delivery timing is an operating target, not a guarantee when identity, provider, safety, or clarification issues delay review.
Knownwide Build
Implementation is optional and begins only after a separate scope states deliverables, exclusions, access, customer responsibilities, timing, price, payment schedule, verification, ownership, and acceptance. The customer may use its own team instead.
Knownwide Watch
Monitoring or maintenance is not available through public recurring checkout. A recurring engagement requires separately accepted cadence, tracked prompts and markets, reports, review calls, edits, response times, billing start, renewal, cancellation, refund, capacity, and responsibility terms.
Payments and refunds
A separately accepted scope controls amount, due dates, deposits, milestones, refunds, and cancellation consequences. Stripe-hosted checkout may collect card details. A browser success page is not proof of payment; a verified matching webhook or separately audited offline transaction controls payment status.
Customer responsibilities and access
The customer must confirm the correct business, provide accurate public facts, hold authority for supplied accounts and material, approve claims and changes, preserve account ownership, and provide only the access required by an accepted scope. Knownwide may pause work when authority, facts, access, safety, or scope are unclear.
No promised placement or business result
Search, Maps, websites, and assistant answers vary by time, market, location, device, user, provider, and platform decisions. Knownwide does not guarantee crawling, indexing, rankings, Maps placement, citations, traffic, calls, signed cases, revenue, or inclusion in any answer.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Each accepted scope must state ownership and license terms for customer materials, report deliverables, implementation work, and reusable methods. Private customer material is handled as confidential for service delivery, subject to authorized providers, legal duties, security needs, and the risks of forwarding private links.
Corrections, suspension, and termination
Factual corrections may be requested through the contact route. Published report corrections create a new version and change note. Knownwide may refuse, suspend, or terminate work involving false claims, unauthorized access, platform-policy evasion, nonpayment, abuse, or material scope uncertainty, subject to the accepted scope.
Liability and governing terms
Any enforceable limitation of liability, dispute process, governing law, venue, legal notices, and contracting entity must be stated in the separately reviewed agreement before paid recurring service. This page does not invent those missing legal facts.
