The method is designed to make a finding checkable. It is not described as objective, complete, real-time, or guaranteed.
Firm and scope confirmation
The requester confirms the firm identity, primary personal-injury service, market, and concern before findings are attributed.
Question selection
The agreed question set is written exactly and frozen for the baseline. Queries are chosen for the requested service and market, not back-filled after seeing a preferred result.
Four separate surfaces
Google Search, Google Maps, the public website, and sampled assistant answers are reported independently. Evidence on one surface is not copied to another.
Context and provenance
The record includes query or prompt, source, provider/model label available at collection, locale, market, device or session context, and observed time where they affect interpretation.
Provider states
Ready, unavailable, error, skipped, and not measured remain distinct. A provider failure is never converted into evidence that the firm was absent.
Observation before interpretation
The report states what was directly seen first. Interpretation explains why it may matter. Recommendations then name an action and a verification method.
Confidence and limitations
High, moderate, or low confidence describes evidence strength, not predicted business impact. Every finding carries a reason and a visible limitation.
Repeat and correction
A later check is a new dated observation. Accepted factual corrections create a new version and change note; the original published record is not silently rewritten.
What is not measured
Knownwide does not claim private analytics, every user or location, permanent rankings, guaranteed citations, platform causation, traffic, calls, signed cases, or business impact.
Corrections
A report viewer can request a correction from the report footer. Include the report version and identify the disputed fact or limitation.
